Our wide selection of pastured, grass-fed lamb and mutton is available for purchase at the Saturday morning Viroqua Farmers’ Market (May-October), or for pickup in Viroqua via our FarmMatch store. Lamb cuts include loin chops, rib racks, bone-in legs, ground, shanks, kabobs, and stew meat. We also feature ground mutton and a variety of mutton sausages, including Merguez, Gyro, and Rosemary-Fennel.
