Whole lambs can be ordered for $4.25/pound hanging weight, plus the cost of processing. A whole lamb typically weighs 80 pounds live weight, which comes to ~45 pounds hanging weight. Depending upon how you choose to have the meat cut, this is ~35 pounds of packaged, quick-frozen lamb to take home to the freezer. The packaged meat from a whole lamb can easily fit in a standard fridge’s freezer compartment.

By ordering a whole lamb you are able to customize your cuts and receive all your favorites, while benefiting from significant savings. Once processed, you will have the option of picking up your lamb at the farm (Soldiers Grove, WI) or in Viroqua, La Crosse, or Madison. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve you lamb, payable in-person or online.
