Cassoulet

Check out the Fall 2012 Edible Magazine. I never thought I would taste a dish that was worth 2-3 hours of preparation, much less 2-3 days, but the cassoulet we enjoyed with the other growers and the Edible Madison author was simply incredible! Craig and I especially liked the duck component. After I retire, maybe we should acquire a little flock of ducks.
